护理新理念在消毒供应室管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of New Nursing Concept in Disinfection Supply Room Management

目的讨论护理新理念在消毒供应室管理中的应用效果。方法抽取我院应用护理新理念前后消毒供应室处理物品各60件进行研究,对比两组物品清洁合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率和发放合格率,护理新理念包括信息一体化、人力资源管理、"五常法"等,应用护理新理念前后均对消毒供应室纳入护理人员进行工作满意度调查,再进行统计学对比分析。结果护理新理念应用前清洁合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率及发放合格率均低于应用后(P<0.05);应用后对消毒供应室护理人员工作服务满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理新理念在消毒供应室管理中能产生良好的应用效果,使科室消毒处理物品质量明显上升,物品使用者对其服务满意度也显著提高。

Objective To discuss the application effect of new nursing concept in the management of disinfection supply room. Methods The treatment of disinfection and supply room of 60 pieces of goods before and after the new ideas from our hospital nursing, compared two groups of goods cleaning qualified rate, sterilization rate, qualified rate and the qualified rate of packaging, new nursing concept includes information integration, human resources management, the ＂five law＂ and so on, before and after the application of the work the satisfaction of nursing staff were compared in disinfection and supply room. Results The new nursing concept applied before cleaning qualified rate, sterilization rate, packaging qualification rate and qualified rate were significantly lower than that after the application of（P〈0.05）, the disinfection and supply room nursing staff satisfaction after the application is significantly higher, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The new nursing concept can produce good application effect in the management of disinfection supply room, so that the quality of the disinfection of the department is significantly increased, and the service satisfaction of the users is significantly improved.
