摘要
将ADMM算法与TV算法结合,并在原始ADMM-TV算法的基础上进行了改进,提出基于ADMM-TV的改进算法,该改进算法能够在迭代过程中自适应地选取到更优的λ值,从而提高ADMM算法进行稀疏重建的成像质量。最后进行phantom图像的仿真实验,并将原始算法与改进算法在相同实验环境下进行对比,结果表明,改进算法能够实现更好的重建效果,并且能够有效提高图像信噪比,同时具有一定的抗噪能力。
In this paper, we combines ADMM algorithm and TV algorithm , and then improves it, the accuracy of the image was improved based on original ADMM - TV algorithm with k select adaptively. Finally, we use two kinds of algorithm to reconstruct the phantom model and compared them under the same experimental conditions. The simulation experiments show that compared with the traditional ADMM -TV algorithm, algorithm in this paper can achieve better reconstruction effect, improve the image's SNR and have a certain ability to resist noise.
