摘要
主要介绍了使用40kg试验焦炉和铁箱炼焦炉孔试验,在同配比情况下,使用不同结焦时间进行炼焦试验,对焦炭质量变化进行试验研究,分析、探讨了结焦时间对焦炭M40、CSR的影响。在配煤结构相对较差时,延长结焦时间后,焦炭质量改善明显,所得试验结论可指导焦炉生产,特别是在产量和质量需求出现矛盾的情况下可进行权衡,同时也为进一步提高焦炭强度、扩大炼焦煤使用资源提供了可靠的参考依据。
This paper introduces the experimental study on the changing quality of coke under same coal blending structure and different coking time with 40 kg testing coke oven and iron box in coke oven,discussing the coking time influence on M40 and CSR of coal performance. The coke quality improved significantly by extending coking time under the coal blending structure relatively poor conditions, the conclusion can guide the coke oven production, to balance between yield and quality requirements especially, meanwhile it provides a reference for further improving coke intensity and expanding the use of coking coal resources
