摘要
通过对欧冶炉三种热解处置沉淀污泥方式同传统焚烧炉处理工艺进行对比,利用欧冶炉热解处置污水处理厂沉淀污泥,具有前期工程费用投入少、二次污染小,无害化彻底,资源化利用程度高等优点。介绍了欧冶炉配加污泥球工业试验,其工艺流程能满足热解处置沉淀污泥生产组织和操作过程需要,不需要增加新的辅助处理设施,具有可处理多样形态污泥的特点。
This paper focuses on the comparative analysis on three kinds of pyrolysis treatment of sludge of OY furnace with traditional incinerator treatment process, that the use of OY furnace pyrolysis disposal of sewage treatment plant sludge, with less preliminary engineering investment, lower secondary pollution, complete innocuity, high degree of resource utilization. The test of adding sludge ball to OY furnace proved that the process could meet the needs of the production organization and operation of sludge treatment,moreover, no need to invest in auxiliary facilities, and has the advantage of dealing with various forms of sludge.
