摘要 八钢公司OY炉调试过程,配套空分机组经常启停,在南区40000m^3/h制氧机组启动过程中出现主换热器跑冷现象。文章介绍了启动过程中主换热器跑冷现象原因分析、处理方法及预防此类事故的措施。为同行业空分机组启动中预防、处理此类事故提供参考。 In debugging process of OY furnace in Bayi steel, auxiliary air separation unit under frequently start-stop,the cold energy loss of main heat exchanger for 40000 m^3/h oxygen air separation unit of south side were found during startup. This paper analyzes the fault causes and puts forward solutions and precautionary measures.The method of prevention and treatment of such accidents can provide reference in the same industry.
