Exploration at home and abroad have proved that oil and gas preserved in mud-shale reservoir is frontier for oil industry, marine mud-shale in America and marine/ terrestrial mud-shale in China both exhibited good potential （Zhang et al., 2008; Nie et al., 2009; Li et al., 2010; Dong et al., 2011; Jiang et al., 2012）.
