在宗法制视域下解读武术师徒传承的组织形式、行为规范、价值核心,并在此基础上论证出师徒传承的利弊,进一步探求出武术师徒传承"关注传承人,建立新型师徒关系,与学校教育结合"的发展要点。试求客观、正确认识武术师徒传承,为武术师徒传承提供发展思路,从而推动武术的现代发展。

On the basis of patriarchal clan system,this paper analyzes the organization form,the behavior standard and the value core of martial arts master and apprentice inheritance.Based on that,it demonstrates the development of points of ＂ the pros and cons of mentoring and inheriting,mentoring relationship,and school education ＂. It tried to understand the martial arts master and apprentice inheritance,martial arts and mentoring objectively and correctly to provide development ideas and to promote the modern development of martial arts.
