对高校体育资源浪费的制度源性分析研究

An analysis of institutional source sports waste in universities

在高校体育资源投入的过程中,体育资源配置结构不合理造成了教育资源显性和隐性的结构性资源浪费。人力、物力、财力资源结构比例配置不协调、体育信息资源交流狭隘、时间资源利用不合理、土地资源利用缺乏科学规划等浪费现象,影响了体育教育效益的发挥并制约了高校体育的可持续发展。通过揭示我国高校体育资源浪费内涵的根源及其弊端性,借鉴新制度经济学对制度问题的研究方法和理论知识,试图抓住制度这个内生变量剖析高校体育资源浪费现象、利用效率低下的制度根源。针对产生的高校体育资源浪费制度性根源,结合高校体育发展的实际情况,提出相应的对策和思路。

In the process of college sports resources investment,the irrational allocation of sports resources causes the explicit and implicit structural resources waste of education resources. The waste phenomenons,such as the non-coordination of human resources,material resources,financial resources and the proportion of the allocation of resources,the narrow sports information resources,the unreasonable use of time resources,the lack of land use and other scientific planning waste affected the effectiveness of physical education play and also restricted the sustainable development of college sports. It attempts to grasp the endogenous variables of the system to analyze the waste of sports resources in colleges and universities,and to draw lessons from the research methods and theoretical knowledge of the institutional problems in the new institutional economics by drawing on the root and malpractice of college sports resource waste and institutional roots. In view of the institutional root causes of waste of college sports resources,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and thoughts based on the actual situation of college sports development.
