Research on Aided Development for College Needy Students

基于发展性资助模式以人为本的价值理念,探讨了高校资助育人新模式,认为在工作方法上尊重贫困生的主体地位、在工作内容上不断完善和丰富服务机制、在工作目标上注重贫困生的全面发展、在工作过程中体现开放性,能够提升高校资助育人工作的效益,促进贫困大学生的成长。

This paper,based on the human-oriented value concept of the model of development-based financial aid,discusses the new model of financially aided education. It holds that in method the subject position of the needy students should be respected,in content the service mechanism should be improved and enriched,the goal of work should be centered on the overall development of the needy students,and the openness in the processes of work should be presented,in order to increase the efficiency of the funding for education and promote the growth of the needy college students.
