摘要
在建立了Φ11.18m泥水平衡盾构机有限元模型的基础上,探讨了盾构机刀头在不同的地质条件和三种典型工况下的载荷。并应用有限元分析技术分析了三种典型工况下的刀头的应力分布,重点分析了刀头在复杂工况下的应力集中情况和变形趋势,进而获得了刀头结构强度和刚度的薄弱区域和破损条件。这些分析结果为评估刀头的性能提供了必要的参考。
Based on a finite element model of Φ11.18m Slurry Balance TBM, this study discusses loads on the cutter bit in different geological conditions and different working conditions, and obtains stress dis- tribution of the cutter bit in three typical working conditions. The stress distribution and deformation trend of the cutter bit in various working conditions have been shown in this article. Weak areas of structural strength and stiffness of the cutter bit have been obtained and the dangerous condition has been identified through the analysis results. These results provide necessary reference to evaluate performance of the cutter bit.
