The Key Factors Analysis and Control Study on Construction Cost of Highway

影响高速公路建设成本的因素众多,同时成本控制涉及范围广、综合性强,本文选取辽宁省具有代表性的某条高速公路,对影响高速公路建设成本的关键因素进行分析,重点测算主要建筑材料、机械设备、征地拆迁等项目对工程造价的影响程度,并提出在建设、管理等不同阶段有效控制高速公路建设成本的对策。

There are many factors that affect the cost of highway construction while the cost control is a comprehensive process involving a wide range of things. The key factors affecting the construction cost in the process of highway construction are analyzed in this article by selecting a representative sample of high- way in Liaoning province as an example, especially calculating the influence degree of primary materials, equipment and land acquisition to engineering cost. And then, it puts forward some countermeasures on ef- fective control the cost of highway in the different phases of highway construction such as building and op- eration.
