基于“互联网+”背景下的高职院校后勤管理信息化建设初探

The Discussion of Information Construction of Logistics Service in Higher Vocational Colleges at the Background of Internet + Era

高职院校后勤管理改革面临较大挑战,"互联网+"时代的到来为后勤改革提供了新的动力。本文针对高职院校后勤管理困境和信息化建设存在的问题,提出了依托信息技术和手段的应用,促进后勤的信息管理以及相关的运行机制建设;通过构建后勤管理与服务信息化综合平台系统,实现精、准、快、细、优的后勤管理与服务,改善后勤服务效能。

The reform of the logistics service in higher vocational colleges has faced with serious challenges. The advent of the era of Internet ＋ injects new impetus into the reform of the logistics service. This article focuses on the difficulties in the logistics service and the problems in the information construction, and comes up with the idea that improves the operation system of management information system of the logistics service, which depended on the use of information technology. It also suggests that build integrated platform system of the management and service, which could achieve the goals of providing the perfect, accurate, fast, delicate, and excellent management and service, so as to improve the efficiency of logistics services.
