摘要 教育教学是高职院校实施的主体内容,教学效果是教学质量的客观评价,教学监控则是衡量的尺子。本文采用全面质量管理(TQC)为高职教学管理与监控改进提供了有效的管理手段,它以学生为主体,以全员动员为实行机制,全过程、全面质量的管理,并达到提高教学质量,建立保障机制,推进素质教育的效果,进而推动高职院校有序健康发展。 Education teaching is the main body at higher vocational colleges, the teaching effect is the objective evaluation of teaching quality, and the teaching monitoring is a ruler. The total quality manage- ment (TQC) is a management and monitoring to improve higher vocational teaching and provides an ef- fective means of management. It takes student as the main body, full mobilization for the mechanism, pro- cess, comprehensive quality management, and improves the teaching quality to establish guarantee mecha- nism, and promote the effective development of quality education, and the orderly and healthy development at higher vocational colleges.
