公安文化是公安民警作为一个职业群体所共有的观念系统,是公安机关及其人民警察的价值观念和精神风貌的具体体现。当今公安文化主要具有忠诚不渝、以民为本、廉洁自律的特点,并以此培育锻造民警,形成忠于国家、行为规范、团结协作、文明有礼的新时期警察,促进公安文化和警务实践的良性互动。

Public security culture refers to values and mental outlook of the police. It includes loyalty,people- orientation and self- discipline. In detail,policemen should be loyal to the state,and example of public manners,polite and educated,cooperative and friendly.
