试论女子高校学生合作品行的培养途径

The Approaches to Cultivating of the Cooperative Conduct of the Students in Women＇s College

构建和谐社会，是我国当前的任务之一。作为直接向和谐社会培养输送高素质人才的高校，其学生合作水平的高低直接影响了未来人才的素质甚至未来社会的发展。女子高校学生作为女大学生的典型代表，她们肩负着未来社会、家庭的双重重任．因而合作品行的培养尤宜重视。本人论述了课堂内外培养女子高校学生良好合作品行四种途径，课内外有效促进她们身心健康发展，提高她们的综合素质。

The construction of a harmonious society is one of the present tasks of our country. As an advanced educational institution directly cultivating high quality talents for the harmonious society, the cooperative level of its students shall have a direct impact on the quality of the future talents as well as on the development of the future society. Students from the women＇s colleges are typical representatives of female college students, and they shoulder the dual responsibility for future society and families. Therefore, the cultivation of their cooperative conduct is of particular significance. The author of this paper discusses the four approaches of cultivating good cooperative conduct of female college students both in class and out of class so as to promote effectively their mental and physical development and improve their comprehensive qualifies both in class and out of class.
