芪红脑苏汤对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究芪红脑苏汤活血化瘀作用对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的脑保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:以线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,观察芪红脑苏汤对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑组织病理形态改变及脑组织中TNF-α、ICAM-1含量的影响。结果:与模型组比较,芪红脑苏汤31.4g/kg、15.7g/kg、7.9g/kg剂量组均能降低大鼠神经功能缺失评分及其病理评分分值;芪红脑苏汤31.4g/kg剂量组能降低缺血部位TNF-α表达,31.4g/kg、15.7g/kg剂量组能降低缺血部位ICAM-1的表达;芪红脑苏汤31.4g/kg、15.7g/kg、7.9g/kg剂量组均能降低缺血部位TNF-α含量,15.7g/kg、7.9g/kg剂量组能降低缺血部位ICAM-1的含量。结论:芪红脑苏汤的活血化瘀作用对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠的脑损伤具有较好的保护作用,其作用机制可能与降低脑内TNF-α、ICAM-1含量有关。 Objective:To investigated the protective effect and mechanism of Qihongnaosu decoction on rats with transient focal cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury. Methods:Rat models of transient focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury were established by suture occlusion method, and then to observe the pathological changes and expressions of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in brain tissue. Results:Qihongnaosu-decoction of 31. 4g/kg, 15.7g/kg,7.9g/kg can reduce the neurological functional deficit scores and pathological scores of rats. Qihongnaosu-decoction of 31. 4g/kg can reduce the expression of TNF-α and 31.4g/kg,15.7g/kg can reduce the expression of ICAM-1 in ischemia area. Qihongnaosu decoction of 31.4g/kg, 15.7g/kg,7.9g/kg can reduce the content of TNF-α and 15.7g/kg,7.9g/kg can reduce the content of ICAM-1 in is- chemia area. Conelusio:Qihongnaosu decoction may reduce the damage after cerebral isehemia and has neuroproteetive effects on brain. Its mechanism may be related to the reduction of TNF-α and ICAM-1 in brain.
