淫羊藿素的抗肿瘤作用及机制研究进展

淫羊藿素是淫羊藿的主要活性单体成分,近年来研究表明淫羊藿素具有抗肿瘤、抗肝纤维化、抑制骨质疏松和神经保护等药理作用,本文综述了淫羊藿素对乳腺癌的双重作用及其对前列腺癌、人骨肉瘤、膀胱癌、结肠直肠癌和非小细胞肺癌抑制作用,并分析了其抗肿瘤的作用机制主要是通过促进肿瘤细胞凋亡和坏死、干预肿瘤相关信号通路、调节靶基因的表达、诱导细胞周期停滞、抑制肿瘤血管生成及炎症信号等途径实现的。

Epimedium as a traditional Chinese herb has many effects, such as improving the deficiency of kidney Yang, strengthening the bones and muscles and expelling wind-damp. Icaritin （ICT） is the major constituent of flavonoids from Epimedium brevicornum, In recent years, studies have shown that Icaritin had many pharmacological effects, such as anti-tumor, restraining liver fibrosis, remission osteoporosis and protective effects on brain damage. This study summarizes the dual function of Icaritin on breast cancer and its inhibitional effect on prostatic cancer, osteosarcoma, bladder cancer, colorectal cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. We also analysis the anti-tumor mechanism of Icaritin in that promoting tumor cell apoptosis and necrosis, intervention tumor related signaling pathway, regulation the expression of target genes, inducting the cell cycle stagnation, inhibition of tumor angiogenesis and inflammatory response and so on.
