摘要
现有的金相浸蚀剂对经过长期高温高压运行后的电站锅炉用18-8型铬镍奥氏体不锈钢受热面管的浸蚀效果不佳。研究一种专用的金相浸蚀剂及浸蚀方法,能够将经过长期高温高压运行后的18-8型铬镍奥氏体不锈钢受热面管的晶界、在奥氏体晶粒内部和晶界上出现的化合物M23C6和金属间化合物σ相等奥氏体晶粒析出相、严重过热老化后晶界上出现的蠕变孔洞等形貌特征显示清楚,浸蚀速度容易控制。该金相浸蚀剂具备一定化学抛光作用,配制方便、配方简单、使用安全。
The existing metallurgical etchant does not work well for etching 18-8 Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel tube under the long time operation of high temperature and high pressure.A special metallurgical etchant and etching method are researched which can display morphology characteristics, such as the grain boundary of 18-8 Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel tube under the longtime high temperature and high pressure, austenite grain precipitation phase including the compound M23C6 and intermetallic compound σ phase appeared inside of austenite grain, and on the grain boundary and the creep hole on the grain boundary of severe thermal aging clearly.Furthermore, this method can control erosion rate easily.The metallographic reagent has a certain chemical polishing effect, with convenient preparation, simple formula and safety.
