摘要
在特高压线路铁塔组立过程中,存在狭小空间内紧固螺栓螺母的情况。一般电动扭矩扳手紧固螺栓时需占用螺栓上方较大空间,无法快速完成这种螺栓的紧固施工。为此,研制一种电动扭矩扳手工作头,通过采用锥齿轮直角咬合方式改变扳手的工作方向,使其能够广泛应用于狭小空间,有效解决组塔过程中狭小空间螺栓紧固问题。
The situation of fastening bolt and nut in narrow space is often appeared in the process of tower erection in UHV transmission line.The general electric torque wrench can not complete the fastening task quickly for it needs to occupy a larger space when it works.A working head that can change the working direction of the wrench by bevel gears mashing ways at right angles is developed.The proposed working head can be used in narrow space, and the problem of fastening bolts in narrow space is effectively solved during the erection of towers.
