摘要
法兰失效分为密封失效和强度失效,密封失效是法兰的主要失效形式。文章针对法兰水压试验工况的密封问题,就法兰的螺栓面积、法兰强度、法兰刚度、垫片强度四个问题进行了讨论,说明Waters法能适应水压试验工况时强度、刚度密封的要求。
There are two kinds of flange failure modes:leakage of seal and strength failure,of which leakage of seal is the main type of flange failure mode.According to the seal problem of flange during hydrostatic test,this paper discusses four questions concerning the bolt area of flange,flange strength,flange stiffness,and gasket strength.This indicates that Waters flange design method can meet the sealing requirements for strength and rigidity under the operating condition of hydrostatic test.
