摘要
某石化公司加氢改质装置分馏塔底泵自投运以来,故障频发,尤其以振动超标、机械密封泄漏居多。通过分析该设备历次检修中的故障表现,应用相关理论知识进行推证,认为转子附加交变径向力和轴向力过大是造成故障的根本原因。在此基础上提出并实施了采取扩大平衡孔直径的解决措施,取得了显著的成效。实际应用结果表明:增大平衡孔的面积可以显著减小轴向力,从而有效解决泵振动大的问题。
Since the commissioning of the fractionator bottom pump in a hydro-upgrading unit of certain petrochemical company,faults occurred frequently and most of them were excessive vibration and mechanical seal leakage.By analyzing the failure performance of the equipment during its maintenance for many times,this paper applies relevant theoretical knowledge to deduce and determine that the root cause for the failures is the excessive additional alternating radial force and axial force of the rotor.Based on this,the paper presents and implements the solution of enlarging the balance hole diameter,which achieves remarkable results.The practical application results show that increasing the area of the balance hole can reduce the axial force significantly.Thus,the problem of large pump vibration is solved effectively.
