摘要 对4个国外品牌425/65R22.5宽基载重子午线轮胎断面进行分析,总结出目前国外大轮胎公司宽基载重轮胎的结构设计特点:断面水平轴略向上移;行驶面宽度和带束层宽度尽可能增大,且二者基本相同,行驶面宽度与断面宽度的比值约为0.7;胎肩厚度与胎冠厚度基本相同;胎体反包高度与下胎体高度的比值在0.20~0.24之间,提高胎体帘布层反包高度。 Abstract: In this study, the cross-section of 425/65R22.5 wide-base truck and bus radial tire for four foreign brands was analyzed. The structural design characteristics of wide-base truck and bus radial tire were summarized. The maximum width position of the cross-section was moved upward slightly. The width of the running surface and belt width were increased and they were basically at the same value. The ratio of the width of running surface to the width of the tire cross-section was about 0.7. The thickness of the tire shoulder was the same with crown thickness. The ratio of turn up height of carcass to lower carcass height was 0.20~0.24, and the turn up height of carcass ply was increased.
