摘要
提高公共图书馆馆员的职业能力在其职业生涯中起到关键作用,也是图书馆事业发展的核心力量。文章在分析、总结公共图书馆馆员职业能力内容的基础上,运用灰色理论方法和层次分析法构建公共图书馆馆员职业能力评价模型。图书馆可以通过对馆员进行培训和再教育、建立绩效管理机制、营造职业开发环境等形式,以及馆员自身可通过培养职业精神、自助学习意识和能力来提高职业能力。
Improving the professional capacity of public librarians plays a key role in the career,and it is also the core strength of the librarianship development. Based on the analysis of public librarians' professional competence content,the authors build a professional competence assessment model by using gray theory and analytic hierarchy process. Training and re-education of librarians, establishing performance management and creating a professional development environment enable,the library to improve librarians' professional ability. Meanwhile, librarians themselves enhance professional ability by cultivating professionalism,self-learning ability and awareness.
