摘要
针对交流电机调速系统中普遍采用传统的开发方法所带来开发周期长、直观性差的问题,研究了以V/f算法开发为例,开发了基于dSPACE的电机控制通用开发平台。简要分析了V/f控制原理,在MATLAB上进行了V/f电机控制算法的建模与仿真,设计了基于dSPACE的V/f电机快速控制算法模型,提出了控制平台框架,搭建了实际的基于dSPACE的电机控制系统运用平台,并进行了实验。研究表明基于dSPACE的V/f电机控制平台能够快速地验证算法的性能,显著缩短开发周期,具有应用价值。
In order to solve the problem of the long development period and poor visibility of the the traditional develop- ment method adopted in AC speed regulating system of asynchronous motor, The development of V/f algorithm was studied, and the general motor control platform based on dSPACE was constructed. The control principle of V/fwas briefly analyzed, and the modeling and Simulation of the V/f motor control algorithm was carried out on the MATLAB. A fast control algorithm model of V/f motor based on dSPACE is designed, and the control platform frame was put forward. The practical application platform of motor control system based on dSPACE was built and the experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that the V/f motor control platform based on dSPACE can quickly verify the performance of the algorithm, and significantly shorten the development cycle. Therefore, it has application value.
