The kinds of thickeners had important influence on the performances of greases.Because of high dropping point and good performances, the greases manufactured by inorganic thickeners were paid widely attention by people.It was one of high-performances greases.The development of traditional inorganic thickeners such as bentonite, and new inorganic thickeners such as attapulgite clay were introduced.It was mainly introduced the impact of chemical modification, particle size and specific surface on performances of inorganic thickeners.
