赤芍的质量控制研究进展

Research Progress on Quality Control of Paeoniae Rubra Radix

赤芍始载于《神农本草经》,具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛、清泻肝火的功效,赤芍中的主要成分为单萜苷类和多元酚类化合物,现代药理研究表明赤芍在临床治疗心血管系统疾病、神经系统疾病、抗肿瘤、保肝等方面具有良好的疗效。为了保证赤芍的品质,使之更好的应用于临床,文章查阅了近十年赤芍的化学成分及质量控制研究的相关文献,并进行分析、归纳,以期为赤芍的进一步研究提供参考和依据。

The earliest record of Paeoniae Rubra Radix（ PRR） was found in Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing,it has the function of clearing heat and cooling blood,dissipating blood stasis and relieving pain. The main components of PRR are glycosides and polyphenols. PRR has good clinical treatment result in curing cardiovascular diseases,nervous system diseases,anti- tumor and liver- protective effects. Relevant literatures nearly 10 years were reviewed,analyzed and summarized in order to control the quality of PRR,and have better clinic application. It provided some reference value to the deep research of PRR.
