摘要
以聚异丁烯丁二酸酐,N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺,3-氯-1,2-丙二醇为主要原料,经过酰亚胺化、季铵化两步反应,合成了聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺阳离子季铵盐高分子乳化剂,并用红外光谱对其进行结构表征。测定了产品的极限乳化性能与储存稳定性能,结果表明,所合成聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺阳离子季铵盐高分子乳化剂的乳化稳定性较好,极限乳化性能与储存稳定性能均优于聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T152),适用于乳化炸药行业,具有很好的市场推广前景。
Polyisobutylene succinic anhydride,N,N- dimethyl- 1,3- propylene amide and 3- chloro- 1,2-propylene glycol were used as the main raw materials to synthesis cationic quaternary ammonium salt based on polyisobutylene succinic imide by imide reaction and quaternary ammonium,the structure of the product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The limit emulsifying properties and storage stability of the product were determined,the results showed that the emulsification stability of the product was better. The limit emulsifying properties and the storage stability of the produce were superior to polyisobutylene succinimide( T152) and suitable for emulsification explosives industries,so the synthetic produce had good prospects for promotion.
