摘要
围绕"互联网+"时代产生的微课、慕课、翻转课堂等话题展开论述,面对网络信息技术,课堂教学应理性应对教育生态的新变化,以应用于食品专业教学为例,比较了网络课堂与传统教学的优缺点,应结合实际情况取长避短,不断探索,总结经验,逐步形成适合我校"互联网+"人才培养的新模式。为高校教育改革提供理论支持和经验指导,并为高校的人才培养模式提供有益的参考。
The education resource and means of network have constantly permeated to the education in colleges during the age of Internet +. Based on the discussion topic such as micro- class,MOOC and flipped class,the text combined with the teaching effect of classroom teaching practice and application in Food Engineering,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of network teaching and classroom teaching. It showed that in the face of the network information technology it should be rational response to the new changes of education ecology in the classroom teaching,enhancing advantage and avoiding disadvantage according to the actual conditions,then turning it into the part of college teaching. "Internet + education"model- study combination for our university was made through continuous exploration and practice. It provided theoretical support and successful experience for education reform in the university and the beneficial exploration for our school transform to university of new model.
