摘要
在分析国内"卓越工程人才"培养理念及轻工类卓越工程人才培养实践的基础上,比较了中外校企合作培养人才的模式,探讨了轻工类卓越工程人才培养模式的改进路径。作为高等工程专业人才培养重要途径之一的"卓越工程人才培养模式"在国内还处于起步阶段,在运营模式、政府支持力度、校企合作责任制等方面还缺少法律上的或者有相应制度的约束,导致"卓越工程人才"培养人才的定位不够明确、机制不够健全、条件不够配套、效果不够显著。为了真正实现企业和高校双方共赢,需要在结合中国国情的基础上,借鉴发达国家的模式,优化当前国内"卓越工程人才"培养模式。
Based on the analysis of the domestic outstanding engineering talents training concept and light industry outstanding engineering talents cultivation practice, the university-enterprise cooperation modes of fostering talents both at home and abroad were compared, the light industry outstanding engineering improvement path of cultivating talents was discussed. As one of important way for higher engineering professional talent training, excellent engineering talent training mode in domestic is still in its infancy, the operating mode, government support, university- enterprise cooperation system, etc, have more potential to improve. In order to truly achieve both sides win- win between university and enterprise, it needs well consider the situation of China, reference the mode of developed countries, and optimize the current domestic outstanding engineering talent cultivation model.
