摘要
生物小分子硫醇以其重要的生理学和病理学作用受到科学家们的广泛关注.近些年来,利用荧光探针对其浓度的测定方法得到了极大的发展.本文以硫醇亲核反应机理为主线,对本课题组近年来在硫醇探针的设计及其识别性能研究方面的工作进行了系统总结,并讨论了硫醇荧光探针今后的设计思路和重点研究方向.
Because of the physiology and pathology importance of bio-thiols,more and more scientists devoted to visualize the biological processes induced by bio-thiols.Fluorescent probes as one of the most attractive tools have been widely developed for thiols specific detection and imaging because of the nonintrusive nature.Based on the thiol nucleophilic reaction,we herein summarized the designing strategies and the optical properties of the thiols probes developed by our group in recent years.Further,we discussed the trend for thiols probes development.
