摘要
中医临床课程体系的改革以提升学生的中医临床能力为核心,针对人才培养由院校或师承教育单方负责以及常规合作方式的不足,将中医临床系列课程与课间见习列为改革重点,通过整合优化中医临床教学内容,推行中医"见习医生制",将课堂从学校搬到医院,授课形式从大班化理论授课,转化为小班化轮转学习,探索性地提出符合中医人才成长规律与现代教育主张相契合的"群师带群徒"人才培养模式,走出了一条融合院校教育与师承教育之所长的中医人才培养新路径。
TCM clinical course reform takes improving students' clinical ability as the core, which aims tosupplement the deficiency of training forces. Teaching contents are integrated and optimized by taking the"interndoctor system"which brings the classroom from the school to the hospital. Big class theoretical lecture format hasbeen turned into small class rotation learning in different sections."Group masters guiding group apprentices"model has been put forward which is believed to conform to both the law of growth of TCM talents and the moderneducational views.
