护理本科生中医药课程态度及学习预期的研究

TCM curriculum for undergraduate nursing students: Attitude and expectation

摘要 以某高等护理院校为例展开研究,旨在了解护理本科生对中医药课程的态度和学习期望,构建适用于他们的中医药学课程,为培养中西医整合型护理人才、提高高等护理教育质量提供指导。采用半结构问卷,调查了选修中医学的中外护理专业学生共63名,调查有效率100%。对调查数据进行描述性分析发现,中外护理本科生对中医药教育持有积极态度,既对其知识与技术感兴趣,又对其蕴含的中国历史文化感到好奇。作为将来的专业卫生服务提供者,护理本科生期望全面掌握中医药理论知识和实践技能。因此,护理院校应根据人口健康和护理服务需求,为护理本科生提供理论与实践相结合、护理与中医药有机整合的中医药教育。 This study aims to explore nursing students' attitudes and expectation toward the TCM curriculum, inorder to suggest the education of nursing workforce with integrative knowledge and the development of advancednursing education. A semi-structured survey was conducted among a sample of 63 local and internationalundergraduate nursing students who had selected the TCM course. Simple descriptive analysis was performed andfound that most of the undergraduate nursing students selected the TCM course with active purposes of havingcuriosities, complementing TCM to western medicine, and understanding Chinese culture better. They expected tolearn TCM practical skills such as acupuncture, massage and cupping, specific interventions for health promotionand self-care, usage of herbs, and TCM history and theory. Undergraduate nursing students are interested instudying TCM because of its difference from western medicine and its benefit of increasing various practical nursingskills.
