对宗教工作如何去“导”的探讨

Discussion on How to Guide the Work Related to Religious Affairs

党和政府是宗教工作的主导者,既不能做好好先生、放弃担当,也不能越俎代庖,而是要发挥信教群众的积极性,带领群众一起走。在实际工作中,具体如何去"导",可以分三步走:一是定方向,二是立目标,三是找办法。只有方向明、目标清、方法准,才能更好地在宗教工作中去"导",把信教和不信教群众团结起来,实现中华民族伟大复兴。

Being the dominant power of religion related work, the CPC and the Government should neither ignore their responsibilities nor meddle in the affairs beyond their authority. Instead, we should give play to the enthusiasm of believers and lead them on the right way. How can we guide them in our work？ We can follow three steps, i. e. determine the direction, set the goals and work out the methods. Only if we have clear direction, definite goals and proper methods can we provide better guidance in the work related to religious affairs, and unite both the believers and non - believers to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
