摘要 Pim-1为原癌基因,表达丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,属于钙-钙调蛋白调节激酶。它表达的激酶广泛存在于各组织细胞中,如胸腺、骨髓、结肠、睾丸、前列腺、心血管、大脑皮质、海马和视网膜等,并磷酸化特异性底物,参与细胞增殖、分化、存活等,如参与血管平滑肌及心脏祖细胞的增殖和存活,调节神经元兴奋性及可塑性,促进神经发育、受损心肌及神经元修复,保护呼吸道上皮,介导白细胞存活及炎症反应等,在组织发育、损伤和再生中起关键作用。 Pim-1 as a proto-oncogene expresses serine/threonine protein kinase belonging to caleimrdcalmodulinregulated kinase. The kinase widely exists in various kinds of cells and tissues, such as thymus, bone marrow, colon, testis, prostate, heart, blood vessel, cerebral cortex, hippocampus and retina. The kinase has a key role in cell proliferation, survival and differentiation, also in tissue development, injury and regeneration through phosphorylating specific substrates. For example, it is involved in vascular smooth muscle and cardiac progenitor cell proliferation and survival, adjustment of neuronal excitability and plasticity, promotion of neural development, facilitation of restoration of the damaged cardiomyocytes and neurons, protection of respiratory epithelium, and mediate leukocyte survival and inflammation, etc.
