摘要
TRPM4是一种非选择性阳离子通道,在心血管系统中大量表达并在调节心血管功能方面起关键作用,可被多种化学物质激活。许多内源性、外源性物质均可对其进行快速抑制。TRPM4与心律失常、心肌肥厚、内皮损伤等多种心血管系统疾病有密切联系。本综述对TRPM4的功能特性及其在生理学方面的作用进行概述,分析可能的激活和调控机制并展望其未来的发展。
TRPM4 is a non-selective cation channel, and TRPM4 proteins are widely expressed in cardiovascular system, suggesting that TRPM4 plays a role in regulation of cardiac function, and a variety of chemicals facilitate TRPM4 channel activity. Potent blockers of TRPM4 activity include endogenous and exogenous substrates. Increased expression of TRPM4 channels is associated with human cardiovascular diseases, such as arrhythmia, cardiac hypertrophy and vascular endothelial injury. This review focuses on the currently available data on the functional properties of TRPM4 and the current understanding of its physiological function, and summarizes the activation and regulation mechanism of TRPM4 channels and the prospect in the future research.
