摘要
目的 :对比分析用XELOX化疗方案与OLF化疗方案治疗老年晚期结肠癌的疗效,以期提高化疗的安全性。方法 :对我院近期收治的68例老年晚期结肠癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这68例患者分为对照组与研究组,每组有34例患者。用OLF化疗方案对对照组患者进行治疗,用XELOX化疗方案对研究组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的化疗效果与不良反应的发生情况。结果 :两组患者治疗的总有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :用XELOX化疗方案与OLF化疗方案治疗老年晚期结肠癌都可取得较好的疗效,不过,用XELOX化疗方案治疗后患者不良反应的发生率更低,其治疗的安全性更高。
objective ：To study the elderly patients with colon cancer line XELOX late and the effect and safety of OLF chemotherapy treatment.Methods ：analysis in November 2014- November 2016 in our hospital confirmed data of 68 cases of elderly patients with advanced colon cancer chemotherapy regimens for the different divided into two groups, the row OLF chemotherapy treatment of 34 patients were set as control group, the line of XELOX chemotherapy treatment of 34 patients as observation group, were compared on two groups of curative effect and safety.Results ：Two groups total effective probability of 52.94%, 47.06% respectively, no statistical difference（P 0.05）;Observation group total adverse reaction rate（17.65%）, significantly lower than control group（35.29%）（P 0.05）.Conclusion ：Compared with OLF chemotherapy, late elderly patients with colon cancer line XELOX chemotherapy treatment, higher security, has clinical value.
