使用3.0T磁共振波谱成像技术诊断早期前列腺癌的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨使用3.0T磁共振波谱成像技术诊断早期前列腺癌的效果。方法:选取近期我院收治的18例早期前列腺癌患者作为研究对象。所有患者的病情均经病理诊断被确诊为早期前列腺癌。对所有患者均使用3.0T MRI技术和磁共振波谱成像技术诊断其早期前列腺癌。分析这些患者使用上述两种技术诊断早期前列腺癌的准确性。结果:这些患者使用3.0T磁共振波普成像技术诊断其早期前列腺癌的准确率高于其使用3.0T MRI技术诊断其早期前列腺癌的准确率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。这些患者肿瘤区域的(Cho+Cre)/Cit值高于其非肿瘤区域的(Cho+Cre)/Cit值,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用3.0T磁共振波谱成像技术诊断早期前列腺癌的准确性高。 Objective To analyze the effect of 3.0T magnetic resonance (MRI) spectroscopy imaging technique in the diagnosis of early prostate cancer. Methods 39 patients with suspected prostate cancer who were treated in our hospital were treated with MRI 3.0T and spectral imaging respectively. The diagnostic value of MRI 3.0T spectroscopy for early prostate cancer was analyzed. The results of examination of malignant tumor spectrum imaging technology 3.0T MRI 3.0T MRI detection rate was only significantly increased, significant difference (P 〈 0.05); the POP display imaging technology, malignant prostate cancer patients with positive sites (Cho + Cre)/Cit ratio (2.3 + 1.3) compared with non carcinoma of the prostate region (0.7 + 0.4) increased significantly. Significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion MRI 3.0T spectroscopy imaging technique is effective in the diagnosis of early prostate cancer, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
