摘要
目的:探讨分析用瑞替普酶治疗肺栓塞的临床效果。方法:选取近期我院收治的肺栓塞患者74例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(37例)和实验组(37例),使用尿激酶为对照组患者进行治疗,使用瑞替普酶为实验组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:实验组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义。结论:用瑞替普酶治疗肺栓塞的临床效果显著。
Objective： To investigate clinical effect of the treatment of pulmonary embolism with reteplase. Methods： recently in our hospital patients with pulmonary embolism, 74 cases as the research object, they were randomly divided into control group （37 cases） and experimental group （37 cases）, the use of urokinase for treatment for patients in the control group, the use of reteplase for the treatment of the experimental group, and then compared the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results： the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： the clinical effect of the treatment of pulmonary embolism with reteplase significantly.
