摘要
目的:探讨PDCA(Plan,计划;Do,实施;Check,检查;Action,处理)循环管理模式在提高医务人员手卫生依从性方面的应用价值。方法:将近期在我院工作的405名医务人员作为本次研究的对象。在2015年2月~2015年7月期间,我们未采用PDCA循环管理模式对这405名医务人员进行手卫生管理,在2015年8月~2016年1月期间,我们采用了PDCA循环管理模式对这405名医务人员进行手卫生管理,然后比较在采用PDCA循环管理模式进行手卫生管理前后这405名医务人员对保持手卫生的依从性。结果:采用PDCA循环管理模式进行手卫生管理前,我院的医生、护士及保洁人员对保持手卫生的总依从率分别为79.6%、89.3%和57.6%,采用PDCA循环管理模式进行手卫生管理后,我院的医生、护士及保洁人员对保持手卫生的总依从率分别为95.4%、100%和91.7%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将PDCA循环管理模式应用到医务人员手卫生的管理工作中,能有效地提高其对保持手卫生的依从性。
Objective To explore the effects of PDCA cycle on the management of hand hygiene of clinical staff. Method The nurses who are responsible for the infection control in departments use the compliance questionnaires deigned by hospitals,observed and noted the implementation of hand hygiene compliance of surgical staff. Using PDCA cycle,I analyzed the causality of survey results,made and implemented feasible plans so as to achieve expected goals. Results Hand hygiene compliance has improved after the application of PDCA cycle management,which has effectively controlled the infection inside hospitals. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle can achieve significantly positive effects on the management of hand hygiene of clinical staff.
