摘要 为研究内部因素对沥青混合料疲劳性能的影响规律,采用四点弯曲疲劳试验方法,进行了不同沥青品种和含量的混合料大样本试验。利用SPSS统计软件对各内部因素与沥青混合料的疲劳试验次数,进行了全相关性分析。结果表明:混合料指标较沥青指标对沥青路面的疲劳性能影响大。混合料指标影响程度为:沥青含量>沥青膜厚度>空隙率;在相同针入度条件下,沥青指标的影响程度为:软化点>黏度>拉拔强度>疲劳因子G~*sinδ,G~*sinδ与沥青混合料的疲劳性能相关性较差。因此,在混合料设计时,同类沥青,选择软化点较低的,保证沥青含量,并使混合料碾压密实,可以有效提高沥青混合料的疲劳性能。 In order to study the influence of internal factors asphalt mixture fatigue performance, we con- ducted a large sample test of different asphalt type and bitumen content by the four points bending test. The correlation analysis between tests results and internal factors was investigated by SPSS statistical software. The results showed that indexes of asphalt mixture had greater influence than that of asphalt. The effect order of the indexes of mixture is: asphalt content 〉 asphalt film thickness 〉 air voids; asphalt indicators effect order is: softening point 〉 viscosity 〉 drawing strength 〉 G* sinδ, G* sinδ had bad correlation with asphalt mixtures fa- tigue performance. Therefore, during the asphalt mixture composition design, a lower softening point asphalt, high asphalt content, rolling mixture densely will increase fatigue property of asphalt mixtures.
