肉鸡对日粮银杏叶发酵物的耐受性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨银杏叶发酵物(FGBL)在肉鸡饲料中的耐受剂量,选择1日龄的爱拔益加肉鸡400只,随机分为4组(每组10重复,每个重复10只),对照组(饲喂基础日粮),FGBL1、FGBL2和FGBL3组(分别饲喂添加3.5、17.5及35.0 g/kg银杏叶发酵物的试验日粮),试验期42 d,分为前期(1~21 d)和后期(22~42 d)。结果显示:FGBL1、FGBL2组显著降低了试验前期的料重比(P<0.05),FGBL3组显著提高了试验后期和全期的料重比(P<0.05);试验前期,FGBL1、FGBL2组的尿素氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),FGBL3组的丙氨酸转氨酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);试验后期,3个试验组的总蛋白和白蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮添加35.0 g/kg的银杏叶发酵物可对肉鸡生产性能造成不利影响并导致肝脏功能障碍,应用时应严格控制其剂量。 The present study was conducted to investigate the tolerance of broilers against dietary fermented Ginkgo biloba leaves(FGBL).A total of 400 broiler chickens at 1-day-old were randomly allocated into 4 dietary treatments with 10 replicates of 10 birds each,including CON group(basal diet),FGBL1,FGBL2 and FGBL3 groups(basal diets containing 3.5,17.5 and 35.0 g/kg FGBL,respectively).All birds were fed a starter diet from 1 to 21 d of age(starter phase),followed by a grower diet from 22 to 42 d of age(grower phase).The results showed that the feed:gain ratio was decreased in FGBL1 and FGBL2 groups during 1-21 d(P 0.05),while,increased in FGBL3 group in 22-42 d and 1-42 d(P 0.05).In addition,the urea nitrogen concentration was significantly decreased in FGBL1 and FGBL2 groups at 21 d compared to CON group(P〈0.05).The alanine aminotransferase activity in FGBL3 was higher(P〈0.05) than that in other groups.At 42 d,the concentrations of total protein and albumin in FGBL1,FGBL2 and FGBL3 groups were significantly increased compared with CON group.In conclusions,dietary supplemented with 35.0 g/kg FGBL might have a negative effect on growth performance and cause liver damage to some extent.The dose of FGBL should be strictly controlled when added in the feed as a functional addictive.
