延续性动机性访谈对出院后老年抑郁症患者的影响

Effects of continuous motivational interview on elderly depressive patients after discharge

目的探讨延续性动机性访谈对老年抑郁症患者出院后用药依从性和生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2016年10月我院收治的80例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组患者给予常规的出院护理干预,而研究组患者则在对照组的基础上实施以动机性访谈为基础的护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的用药依从性,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡失眠质量指数(PSQI)以及生活质量评分。结果研究组患者干预后依从性佳的比率为85.00%,显著高于对照组的45.00%(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后的HAMD评分和PSQI评分均显著低于对照组评分,研究组患者干预后的生活质量显著高于对照组的,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性动机性访可有效提高出院后老年抑郁症患者的用药依从性,改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活生活质量,值得应用于临床。

Objective To discuss the effect of continuous motivational interview on quality of life and medica- tion compliance of elderly depressive patients after discharge. Methods 80 old patients with depression were randomly selected and divided into two groups： 40 paitents accepted theconventional nursing after discharge were taken as the control group, while the other 40 patients acecepted continue to motivated interview after discharge were taken as the research group. Compared the medication compliance between the two group before and after interventions. Scores of Hamilton Depression Scale （ HAMD ）, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （ PSQI ） and quality of life were evaluated before and after interventions. Results The rate of good medication compliance was 85.00 % in the research group after inter- ventions, which was higher than that in the control group with 45.00 % （P 〈 0.05 ） . The scores of HAMD and PSQI were lower in research group after interventions than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . The life quality of the research group after interventions was also higher than that in control group, differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Con- clusions Continuous motivational interview can enhance the medication compliance and improve the clinical depres- sion symtoms and quality of life of elderly depressive patients after discharge, which is worthy of clinical use.
