健康指导及心理护理对老年糖尿病合并抑郁症患者的疗效

Effect of health guidance and psychological care on elderly patients with diabetes combined with depression

目的探讨健康指导及心理护理对老年糖尿病抑郁症患者的预后改善效果。方法本院选择于2014年1月至2016年6月接受治疗的老年糖尿病抑郁症患者98例作为观察对象,随机分为健康指导及心理护理组(观察组)和常规护理组(对照组),每组49例。对两组的护理质量负面情绪及患者的生活质量等情况进行对比。结果观察组的综合护理质量显著高于对照组,生活质量评分在护理后3个月和6个月也明显高于对照组,在治疗环节与治疗后的负面情绪评分显著低于对照组,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康指导及心理护理可以有效地缓解老年糖尿病抑郁症患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量和总体综合护理的质量,具有肯定的临床效果。

Objective To explore the effect of the health guidance and psychological care on elderly patients with diabetes combined with depression. Methods A total of 98 cases elderly patients with diabetes combined with depression who were treated in the hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were recruited as the study objects. The pa- tients were divided into the guidance and mental nursing group （ observation group ） and the conventional nursing group （control group） randomly, 49 cases in each group. The scores of the nursing quality, negative emotions and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The comprehensive quality of nursing of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group; 3 months and 6 months after nursing care , the scores of quality of life of the observation was significantly higher than that of the control group; the scores of negative emotion of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, all the differences above were statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Health guidance and psyehologicaJ nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression mood of elderly patients with diabetes and depression, also improve the quality of life and the quality of the overall comprehensive nursing, thus, it＇ s with a certain clinical effect.
