心理护理对创伤性骨折患者围术期负性心理的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on patients with traumatic fracture in the perioperative period

目的探讨心理护理对创伤性骨折患者围术期负性心理的作用。方法将医院2014年8月~2016年2月间收治的创伤性骨折手术患者128例按照随机对照的原则分为观察组和对照组,对照组64例进行骨科常规护理,观察组64例患者在此基础上进行心理护理干预,比较两组两组负性心理的变化。结果两组患者护理前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后均有明显改善(P<0.05),其中观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能够显著改善创伤性骨折患者围术期负性心理,有利于患者身心健康,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on patients with traumatic fracture in the perioperative period. Methods 128 cases of patients with traumatic fracture in the perioperative period in the Depart- ment of orthopedics in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2016 were collected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly. In the control group, 64 cases patients were performed routine nursing care, while the observation group of 64 patients were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the routine one. Then comparing the negative psychological changes in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing （P 〉 0.05 ） . After nursing intervention, there were signifi- cantly improvement of SAS and SDS scores in the both two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Psychological nursing can significantly improve the negative mood of patients with traumatic fracture in the perioperative, and it is conducive to the physical and mental health of patients. Thus, it is worthy of promotion and application.
