中西医结合治疗联合心理干预对神经根型颈椎病患者的疗效

Effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and psychological intervention on patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy

目的探讨中西医结合治疗联合心理干预治疗神经根型颈椎病患者症状、疼痛及负性情绪的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的68例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各,34例。对照组患者均给予中西医结合治疗,而研究组则在对照组的基础上给予心理护理干预。比较两组患者的临床疗效,并采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)和颈部残障指数量表(NDI)对两组患者治疗前和治疗1个月后的临床症状改善情况进行评价。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者治疗前和治疗1个月后的心理状况进行评分。结果研究组患者的治疗的总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的70.59%(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的VAS评分和NDI评分=,SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组的评分,两组间差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗联合心理干预治疗神经根型颈椎病,可有效减少患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪的产生,缓解患者的临床症状,有助于患者的预后以及病情转归。

Objective The effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and psychological intervention on symptoms, pain feeling and negative emotions of patients with cervicalspondylotic ra- diculopathy. Methods 68 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups： 34 patients of them treated with integrated Chinese and Western therapy only were taken as the control group, while the other 34 patients treated with integrated Chinese and Western therapy and psychological interven- tion were taken as the research group. The clinical effects between the two group were compared. Visual Analogue Scale （ VAS ） and Neck Disability Index Scale （ NDI ） before and after 1 month treatments were used to evaluate the level of pain feeling and neck dysfunction. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （ SDS ） before and after 1 month treatments were used to evaluate the level of anxiety and depression mood. Results The clinical ef- ficacy rate in the research group was 91.18 %, which was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The scores of VAS, NDI, SAS, SDS in the research group were all lower than those in the control group, differences between two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions Combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and psychological intervention can reduce the anxiety and depression mood and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy, which contribute to the prognosis and outcome.
