摘要
走生态优先、绿色发展之路,是推动长江经济带发展的基本要求,生态环境保护已居于压倒性的战略地位,是我国当前及今后长期坚持的一项基本任务。随着3S技术的发展,生态环境监测与评价技术逐渐完善。本文结合《生态环境状况评价技术规范(HJ 192-2015)》技术标准,以地理国情普查及监测成果为基础,结合环境、气象等专业数据,研发生态环境监测与评价系统,开展区域生态环境监测与评价,推动测绘地理信息成果的应用。项目成果在绿色宜宾生态环境评价与监测工作中得到良好推广。
Giving ecology priority and taking the environmental path is the basic requirement to promote the development of the Yangtze River economic belt. The protection of ecological environment has been in the strategic positon overwhemly. This is the basic task of our country that we should stick to for now and a long time in the future. With the development of the 3S technology,the technology of the ecology environment monitoring and evaluation is perfected gradually. Referring to the ＂eco environmental status evaluation（ HJ 192-2015） ＂technology standard,this essay bases on the results of the reseaching of the geographical situation and monitoring,combines with the environmental and meteorological data,do research on the monitoring and evaluation of ecological environment system,carry out monitoring and evaluation of the regional ecological environment,promote the application of surveying and mapping geographic information results. The results of this project has been in good promotion in the green Yibin ecological environment evaluation and monitoring work.
