转盘式卷取机是冷连轧生产线最重要的设备之一,其张力控制性能决定了成品钢卷质量,并且对机组稳定运行有重要影响。本文提出了一种适用于冷连轧生产线转盘式卷取机的张力控制方法及其补偿策略,提升了高速转盘式卷取机张力控制的静态性能和动态性能,对机组稳定运行及提升钢卷成品质量有较好的效果。

Carrousel coiler is one of the most important equipment of cold rolling production line, the tension control performance determines the quality of steel products, and exert a significant influence on stable operation of production line. This paper puts forward a high accuracy of the coiler tension control method and its compensation strategy suitable for carrousel coiler, improve the tension control of static performance and dynamic performance, and on stable operation of production line and improving the quality of steel products have better effect.
