煤炭开采与生态保护的耦合机理及路径研究

摘要 机理是一个事物演变的原因与道理,研究煤炭开采与生态保护的耦合机理即寻找二者耦合的原因。本文确立了横纵两大方向,纵向以时间为维度,从历史视角,运用事实演化论述;横向基于理论基础,从耦合动因与耦合障碍正反两方面证实耦合机理。基于原因分析,从制度建设、管控体系、生态补偿、技术革新等方面提出了煤炭开采与生态保护的耦合路径。 Mechanism is the cause of the evolution of things. Research on the coupling mechanism of coal mining and ecological protecting means to find the coupling reasons of the two. This article established transverse and longitudinal direction. Longitudinal dimension is time. Using facts evolution to discuss from the perspectives of history. Transverse dimension is theory basis. Confirming the coupling mechanism from the coupling agent and coupling obstacles. Based on the analysis of the causes, puts forward the coupling paths of coal mining and ecological protecting which is from system construction,control system,ecological compensation and technology innovation.
