摘要
有机改进剂可缩短保留时间,改善峰形,本文采用丙酮和乙腈作有机改进剂,Metrosep A Supp5-250阴离子交换柱,以4.5mmol/L Na_2CO_3+1.0mmol/L NaHCO_3为淋洗液,通过比较加入不同浓度有机改进剂后碘离子的保留时间、峰形、柱压和灵敏度,选择适合该离子色谱仪的条件。在本文试验中加入15%乙腈作为有机改进剂的效果最好。
Organic modifiers can shorten the retention time,improve the peak shape,using acetone and acetonitrile as organic modifier,Metrosep A Supp5- 250 anion exchange column,with 4. 5mmol / L Na2CO3+ 1. 0mmol / L NaHCO3 as eluent,the retention time,compared with different concentrations of organic modifier I- shape,column pressure and sensitivity,choose the ion chromatography conditions. In this experiment the addition of 15% acetonitrile as organic modifier. The effect is the best.
