瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的疗效分析

Clinical effect of rosuvastatin calcium in treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia

目的探讨分析瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的疗效。方法选取我院自2015年5月至2016年5月这段时期内收治的40例老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者作为临床研究对象,将其随机分成观察组(20例)和对照组(20例)两组,给予观察组的患者瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗,给予对照组的患者阿托伐他汀钙治疗,两组均连续治疗两个月,观察比较两组患者的总胆固醇水平、低密度脂蛋白水平、高密度脂蛋白水平、甘油三酯水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗后两组患者的总胆固醇水平、低密度脂蛋白水平及甘油三酯水平均较治疗前有了显著下降,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组患者之间相比研究组显著低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的高密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前有了显著提升,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组患者之间相比研究组显著高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率相比差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症临床疗效显著,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rosuvastatin calcium in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated by hyperlipidemia who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled as research subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were given rosuvastatin calcium and those in the control group were given atorvastatin calcium. The course of treatment was two consecutive months for both groups. The levels of total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein, and triglyceride and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, both groups had significant reductions in the levels of total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, and triglyceride（P〈0.05）, and the observation group had significantly lower levels than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, both groups had a significant increase in the level of high-density lipoprotein（P〈0.05）, and the observation group had a significantly higher level than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease complicated by hyperlipidemia with few adverse effects and high safety. Therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
